Grogskag

Planetary System

Twelve planets grumblingly orbit the brooding red dwarf the orks call Grogskag. The system is rife with internecine warfare between the ork inhabitants who make up the bulk of the sector's population, the embattled Hakka prospectors and the Pique Lumen.

Mariner's Pity

This small, hot world hosted a variety of interesting flora and fauna beneath its violet, storm-wracked skies. An ork invasion estimated to have occurred in M35 has resulted in their near-complete replacement with an orkosystem.

Longthorn

Named after the Muvvakrushas warlord, Longthorn boasts several monolithic and gargantuan sculptures, nearly all of them ruined. Initial reports indicate that these are successively larger idols to the ork gods that have been defaced by rival tribes. Two remain in good condition, and both bear a startling resemblance to Longthorn's visage.

Karanas

Capital planet of the infamous Muvvakrushaz, this large rocky planet houses a critical mass of orks. Recent surface scans indicate that the orks are fortifying the surface.

Skub

Vassal world to the Krushas, the ork populace joined the Muvvakrushas after the defeat of Warboss Skabhead, who now (rather less than enthusiastically) serves as the warboss' lieutenant.

Chiml-Sü

Last remaining bastion of the Pique Lumen, the system's aboriginal inhabitants. This phototropic and blue-skinned species are believed to have originated from what is now Skub, and built a petty interplanetary empire sometime in M12. It is surmised that an errant Waaagh! crushed all resistance except for on this chilly iceworld, the most distant and inhospitable outpost of the system. Enslaved pique are present on nearly all ork-dominated worlds, and their folk art and technology, debased and perverted by the orks, occasionally makes its way out of the Scallop Stars.

Grogoff

Ruled over until recently by the technorkcracy, a group of exiled Meks and Bad Docs, Grogoff has a thinly-inhabited equatorial band of atmosphere. Life here is hard, even for orks!

Gitpick

Gitpick is a dwarf planet that periodically slams through the inner asteroid belt of the system, sending debris spiralling onto the other planets. Tectonic upheaval and the periodic armageddon events mean that this planet is unihabitable, though this hasn't stopped fairly regular expeditions by ambitious (and dim) would-be warlords, looking for a planet of their own.

Goodmeat

An enormous gas giant ringed by hundreds of ice-white moons, this planet's atmosphere is near-black.

Makkakkakkakk

The Hakka Dominion invaded this ork-held world (previously known as Droolkip), and managed to throw the greenskins off the planet after a short and bloody war that left large areas glassed and scarred with primitive atomics.
