Genosan Expanse

The Genosan Expanse is an area largely devoid of habitable planets, significant stars, or indeed, much of interest. The Expanse splits the Starfire subsector into the Northern and Southern Marches.

Long held by starfarers to be unlucky, dangerous or cursed, it is increasingly suspected that advance Tyranid bioforms have long occupied the area, preying upon smugglers and shipping that has attempted more direct routes across the sector.
