Whilst in pusuit of a rogue psyker, Astartes from the Space Wolves Chapter mistakenly engaged the 3rd Lastrati while they secured the [CENSORED] area of [CENSORED].
In the ensuing firefight, the 3rd Lastrati drove off the Space Wolves with an unconfirmed number of kills and casualties. An assasin was later reported to have been seen in the area disrupting the movements of the Space Wolves and it is rumoured that the Inquisition wanted to capture the Rogue Pysker before the Astartes apprehended him.
Nothing has ever been confirmed.
